These terms explain how event registration, tickets and online giving work on this website, run by Abbalove Church (“we,” “us”) at 12791 Yorba Ave, Chino, CA 91710. Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Using this site

• Please use the forms for genuine requests. We may remove spam or abusive submissions.
• Some pages link to or embed other services, such as Stripe for payments, YouTube for sermons, Google Maps for directions and Instagram. Their own terms apply once you use them.
• We keep event details, times and prices as accurate as we can, and we may update them.

Event registration and tickets

Free events. Register with your name and email. Your confirmation email has a private link where you can view or cancel your registration. When an event is full, you may be able to join a waitlist. If a place opens, the earliest waitlisted registration that fits is confirmed automatically, and we email you.

Paid tickets. Payments are processed by Stripe. The price, any discount code and the total are shown before you pay. If you leave checkout without paying, the places we held for you are released.

Refunds and cancellations. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancelling a paid ticket online frees your place but doesn’t issue a refund on its own. To ask for a refund, contact us before the event through the contact form or on (626) 827-4093, and tell us the event and the name you registered under. We read every request and reply. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe.

If we change or cancel an event. We’ll email everyone who registered, at the address on the registration, as soon as we know. If we cancel an event you paid for and you can’t attend the new date, we refund your ticket.

QR tickets and check-in. Each paid ticket has its own code, shown as a QR code on your registration page. Bring it on your phone or printed, and our team will check you in at the door. Keep your registration link private: anyone with it can view or cancel your registration.

Registrations for children’s events are made by a parent or guardian.

Giving

• Gifts are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered in Stripe’s secure fields and never reach our servers.
• Monthly gifts renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel or update your payment method at any time in the donor portal, which you sign in to with a link sent to your email.
• Covering the processing costs is optional, and the amount is shown before you give.
• Gifts to a specific fund go to that fund. If a fund is closed or already fully funded when your gift arrives, we’ll contact you before using it anywhere else.
• Gifts made in error. If you gave by mistake, or gave the wrong amount, tell us through the contact form and we’ll put it right. Refunds go back to the card you used.
• Tax receipts. Receipts are issued as described on the receipt. Abbalove Church is a nonprofit, and your gift may be tax-deductible. Please check with a tax adviser about your own situation.

Prayer requests and forms

• Prayer requests go to our pastoral care team. If you tick “Keep this request private,” only our pastors see it. Your email is optional and used only to reply.
• Sermon questions sent from the Watch page are anonymous.
• Messages from the contact form go to our staff, and we reply to the email you give.
• The forms aren’t watched around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page.
