Barnabas Co-Lab
The Barnabas Co-Lab is a comprehensive 6-month program designed to establish your leadership identity, calling, pace, and DNA. Rooted in the template of Barnabas—focusing on encouragement, advocacy, team-building, and sending—this framework guides participants through the fivefold ministry lanes. Leaders will learn to balance building God’s house while healthily stewarding their own lives.
The program progresses through distinct monthly tracks, including Apostolic, Prophetic, Pastoral, and Evangelistic themes, culminating in a final commissioning and sending summit.
Weekly & Monthly Rhythm:
- In-person Core Nights: Weekly main sessions held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST, featuring big ideas, Scripture, and cohort discussion.
- Zoom Integration Labs: Weekly online sessions from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST designed for debriefing, coaching, case studies, and next-step clarity without heavy teaching.
- Sage Saturdays: A monthly masterclass (six total) led by an expert, focusing on one of the fivefold lanes.
Track Overview:
- Month 1 (Leader First): Focuses on establishing your identity, discerning the call of God, and building healthy leadership rhythms.
- Month 2 (Apostolic Track): Centers on blueprint thinking, Kingdom foundations, culture building, and vision.
